Somatic Painting is a unique practice harmonizes self awareness with art. It is a practice to liberates the inner artist, process the unconscious, and breaks through creative blocks. Post class clarity can feel like a creative urge has been liberated. Find freedom and let go of outcome through embodied creativity.

Drop in classes provide a creative practice on small and large paper. All materials to capture your spirit with art in 2 a hour practice.

All Materials: Your registration includes pastels, acrylic paints, small and large fine art paper

Considerations:

Please wear something you don't mind getting paint on. No prior painting experience is required—just an open mind and a willingness to explore.

About your teacher: Adri is an intuitive artist who studies somatic and spiritual ways to be well. She has dedicated hours of training to understand the brain and body connection to spirituality, energy and healing. Her background in interception has led her to weave self awareness, arts, and embodiment to share her passion to inspire new creative pathways.
