A 3 Month Creative Embodiment Journey

12 week guided exploration work for connection, creativity, and renewal.

The Program

Ritual + Dose is a 12-week trauma informed protocol aimed to provide you space for creativity, reflection, and embodied practice as the bridge to transformation. Every ritual we offer the opportunity to work with a mindful dose of medicine, and guide you through somatic practices and bilateral creative movement. Our container emphasizes the importance of intentional integration, and deep and rich community care.

About the Facilitators

Hi, I’m Priya (she/they)!

I am a therapist, an educator, consultant, and group facilitator. I come to this offering with formalized training in Psychedelic Assisted Therapies: MDMA-Assisted Therapy with MAPS International, MDMA Assisted Therapy and Psilocybin Assisted Therapy with Therapsil both led by Dr. Ingrid Pacey. I am also trained in Emotion-Focused Ketamine Assisted Therapy with Dr. Adele Lafrance, Internal Family Systems with IFS Institute, and am a Certified EMDR Therapist. In addition to clinical work, I am an independent consultant and have experience in psychedelic protocol writing and evaluation.

All this to say I have a lot of fancy training, and experience holding space for both individuals and groups in altered states of consciousness. I am deeply motivated by witnessing people alchemize their hurt into joy, play, and meaning. I think a key to integration is discovering rich ways to connect deeply within yourself and with community.

Some of the things that bring me joy include: dancing, painting, drawing, slow forest walks, spending time at Bowen Island, craft nights, game nights, giggling with friends and loved ones, getting lost in bookstores, going to Lagree (yes - I’m THAT girlie), practicing Yoga and connecting with people who are dear to me.

Hi, I’m Adri (short for Adriana, she/her).

I’m a Healing Artist, a Mystic, a Meditation and Yoga Teacher, and an Embodiment Facilitator dedicated to nurturing creativity through the nervous system. I have the gift of Clairsentience which is the ability to sense and feel the emotions and energies of others. With my atunement to subtlety, I am passionate about spaces that feel welcoming, and support regulation. A trauma-informed approach creates liminal space for discovery and transformation.

Growing up with the experience of often feeling othered, I now dedicate myself to creating environments where belonging feels safe and accessible. After over a decade of studying trauma, somatic healing, and energy work, my passion lies in nurturing space for community, heart-centered practices, self-awareness, rest, and creativity.

My favourite way to spend a day is with a chocolate croissant for breakfast, a ritual at the river with my dog Olive, transforming a room with music, and the joy of an honest conversation.
