About your teacher: Adri is an intuitive artist who studies somatic and spiritual ways to be well. She has dedicated hours of training to understand the brain and body connection to spirituality, energy and healing. Her background in interception has led her to weave self awareness, arts, and embodiment to share her passion to inspire new creative pathways.
