Ancient Egyptian Wisdom + Yin Practice with Eman
Introducing the Yin embodiment of the 42 Ideals of Ma’at.

February 2, 4:00-6:30 PM

Ma'at was the ancient Egyptian goddess of truth, justice, balance, and order. She was a central figure in Egyptian culture and was believed to maintain order in the cosmos, including the stars, planets, seasons, weather, and the actions of humans and gods. She was the daughter of Ra and the wife of Thoth, the god of wisdom.

During this workshop, we will learn about the 42 Ideals of Ma’at; how to use them; how they resonate in our bodies; how they can be a guiding tool for our embodiment practice.
