Get out of the head, and into the body to explore the profound connection between art, embodied connection, and energy healing. Creating with your womb chakra initiates powerful energetic healing.
What to Expect:
Themes and lessons about the womb chakra
Large scale mark making
Somatic art exercises, present moment practice, and intuitive drawing.
Calming breath and meditative awareness
A welcoming space to find your unique expression
All Materials: Your registration includes pastels, acrylic paints, small and large fine art paper
Considerations:
No previous art experience is necessary
Wear comfortable clothes you don't mind getting paint on
This is a choice-based practice offered on the floor.
There will be props and pillows to support you
About your teacher: Adri is an intuitive artist who studies somatic and spiritual ways to be well. She has dedicated hours of training to understand the brain and body connection to spirituality, energy and healing. Her background in interception has led her to weave self awareness, arts, and embodiment to share her passion to inspire new creative pathways.
